Sight is our most precious sense. At work, our eyes work overtime which can lead to symptoms like dry eyes and eye strain. A few good habits - adequate lighting, work station optimisation etc. -  can help fight these problems. The table below published by CGSST (Chair of work health and safety management) gives you some insight:
